two o'clock fallout
| | This is a composite image of 100 volunteer attendees at two o'clock fallout, an inter-disciplinary art and multimedia event that took place in Limerick, Ireland on March 11, 2006.
I was invited by the organizers of the show to present a real-time, algorithmic work or performance. As I was unable to attend the event myself, I created a semi-automated version of my compositing software which I sent (along with detailed instructions) in my place. The in-progress image was projected onto the ceiling of the exhibit space, evolving throughout the day until this final version was achieved. | | | | | | | | | | | | Copyright © 2009 Larry Holdaway | |
